To Propose Punishment Prior To Issuance Of Order Of Special punishment
If the concerned Armed Police does not submit a note of defense pursuant to Rule 91 or if the defense submitted by such Police is not satisfactory, the official authorized to order departmental punishment shall, prior to issuing an order of special punishment, ask
